Her journey took her to four very different 走势一分钟结果直播赛车官网 hosts, each with their own inspiring story: 📍👩‍🌾 In Lincoln, she spent time with Geoff and Hilary, a couple who’ve tended their city allotment for over 30 years, growing their own food and nurturing the soil as the foundation of a low-impact lifestyle. 📍🐝 Also in Lincolnshire, Lydia explored fields of grain and wildflowers, orchards, vineyards, and beehives at one of the UK’s largest biodynamic farms. All grown with care and intention for Aura-Soma’s holistic wellness products! 📍🍎 In Nottinghamshire, she met Sam and Jono, who left city life to restore an old orchard and start making natural farmhouse cider and perry - embracing a hands-on, outdoor life with their young son. 📍🐐And in the hills near Porto, Portugal, Lydia visited Rachel, who’s working to regenerate her land by removing invasive eucalyptus trees and raising Boer goats on a rugged, fire-prone landscape. She’s an avid cycle enthusiast (with over 16,000 km of ground under her belt!) cultivating a syntropic agroforestry system, a young forest garden, and a diverse range of medicinal trees, harvesting their buds to create gemmotherapy extracts. What is gemmotherapy? 
A form of herbal medicine using extracts made from the fresh buds, young shoots, and rootlets of trees and shrubs. These buds hold the highest concentration of active compounds, carrying the plant’s growth potential - like stem cells for plants. Rich in nutrients, enzymes, and hormones that fuel new growth, the buds are soaked in a mix of water, alcohol, and honey to create a powerful liquid extract.
